Cancellation Policies

2026 ANNUAL CANCELLATION POLICY:
Early termination of this dockage agreement by the lessee must be made in writing. Following the lessor’s receipt of such termination notice, the lessor will proceed to list the lessee’s slip on the re-rental list. If the lessor is successful in re-renting the slip, the lessor will reduce the termination fee from one hundred percent (100%) of the outstanding contract balance to fifty percent (50%) of the outstanding contract balance, based on the occupancy date of the new lease. The lessee is responsible for payment up to the commencement of the new lease or until this agreement expires. Termination after August 1 will not be refundable.

2026 TRANSIENT POLICY:
In most cases, payment in full is due at the time of booking. Cancellations are eligible for a refund, less a 20% cancellation fee, if notice is given at least eight (8) days before the arrival date. Cancellations made on or within seven (7) days of the arrival date will be eligible for a refund, less a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellations made after the commencement of the reservation, or early termination, is eligible for a refund, less 50% of the remaining days on the reservation.

*Stay minimums must be met to keep quoted rate, otherwise rates & final pricing may be adjusted.

Long Term Transients may be subject to a different deposit and cancellation fee. Call for details.
